Hey Em, welcome back obwohl du wahrscheinlich eh schon wieder weg bist*gg*

aber hier ein neuer Teil für euch :

“Hello?” Luke picked up his cellphone a little mad because it interrupted some making-out session between him and Lorelai, but his expression softened when he heard who was on the other end
“Uh, hi Mia! Yeah she’s fine, no news after when I called you. Sure, I will, hold on” He kissed Lorelai quickly
“Okay, done. So, why did you call? Huh? I can’t hear you, the connection is really bad, hang on, I’ll go outside for a sec.”
He stepped out of the hospital room
“Okay, I’m good. Yeah I’m so glad, I can’t tell you, Mia. It’s like this huge burden was lifted from me. There’s still this one thing that’s bugging me somehow: Can a relationship, especially a growing one, sustain a pressure like that? A near-death experience? Or is this going to doom out relationship and haunt us forever? Will the fear ever go away of the cancer coming back? I’m not sure if I can do this a second time, Mia, and-“
“Luke, stop it. If this has done one thing to your relationship is that it made you realize how much you mean to eachother. Luke, if this was a spur-of-the-moment thing, it wouldn’ve lasted so long, you would’ve butted out a long time ago, don’t you think? And look at her, she’s changed, and she’s changed because of you. You made her wanna give up her independent life and from what I’ve been hearing, she’s a lot more …. human at work. She’s always wearing a smile, never barks at anyone anymore et cetera. You two, Luke, were meant to be, Ying and Yang, Bonnie and Clyde, Lady and the Tramp”

“Please stop!” he moved aside to let Dr. Mercer pass into Lorelai’s room and sighed “But I’ve got so many questions and worries and-“
“Focus, sweetie, on the important things. Be there. Let her know you support her. Let her know you care as much about her as vice versa. You‘ve made it so far and you know how the saying goes: If it doesn’t kill you, it makes you stronger. Okay?”

“Fine, thanks Mia, I feel so much better! Don’t you ever get tired of being my cheerleader?” “Well, as long as I look cute in a skirt, I’m good to go!” Luke chuckled
“Good, so I’ll see you in a while… Mhmkay, bye”
Dr. Mercer brushed by him and Luke stopped him on his arm.
“Anything new?”
“Let her tell you”
Luke’s face fell as he watched the doctor walk away and he put a shaky hand on the doorknob.

Aber mit dem neuen Teil werde ich wohl bis morgen warten müssen. Gehe jetzt nämlich mal ein bisschen schlafen (Hatte so wenig schlaf in letzter zeit) Aber ich freu mich schon auf morgen, wenn ich erfahre, was nun mit Lore ist. *freu* Also ich wünsche eine "Nighty-Night" und see ya!

nein, ich hab schon einen neuen Teil, der ist etwas "fröhlicher" als die vorigen

Vorhang auf:


He entered the room, afraid to look at Lorelai, afraid of seeing the clouded look on her face, maybe even her tears, he’d just wait until she’d break the news on him.

“Luke?” she asked quietly. “Luke, look at me!” she pleaded so he looked up at her and saw her beautiful, 100 Watt-bulb-smile thrown at him. He frowned and opened his mouth to ask her what was making her so happy. After she beamed at him for a few seconds, realization dawned and he looked at her anxiously
“Remission?” he forced out and she nodded happily, bouncing on her bed. She started squealing the same time he started screaming and he sailed over to her, into her outstretched arms.
“Are you sure?”
“Yes, Dr. Mercer just told me, he was all flustered and everything, kept repeating that this was a miracle…”
“It is, Lorelai, it is”
”I know” she nodded “And I’m glad. You know how worried I was that this might break us? How many nights I lay awake and wondered why you put up with this? And just a moment before I woke up I realized. I realized that what we share is something special, something lasting, not a spur-of-the-moment thing, you know?”
“I totally do and I can’t tell you how grateful I am that you think the same way”
“Yeah, you know, great minds think alike” she said nonchalantly and smirked at him.
“I missed you” he said, looking into her eyes, stroking her cheeks with his thumbs
“I know” she kissed him, then smiled
“But I’m back…. And I’m here to stay!”

“Mia? Yeah I’m out of earshot, I just went to get some coffee! No, not for me, but if you saw the look on Lorelai’s face when I told her she couldn’t have coffee… anyway, did you get the invitations out? Good, I mean, it’s probably a waste of time printing out invitations as we live in Stars Hollow, but still… makes it more official and nice. Yeah, I’ll pick up the banner tomorrow, Mom said she’s bring pies and cookies, Sookie’s making the normal food and Taylor’ll cater the ice cream. Yup, Lane’s band is gonna play, you know I can’t say no to that kid, and she even brought a singer, her name’s Rory, she’s Lane’s best friend and a really sweet kid too, never met her mother though… I’m babbling nonsense again, I asked Dr.Mercer today and he said that she’d be released in a week or so, so we have to make sure everything’s settled until then. Okay good, bye!”
He smiled to himself before stepping into the hospital room where Lorelai had been transferred when she didn’t need IC anymore.
Lorelai reached out her hands longingly for the cup of coffee but he clutched it tight
“You promise that you won’t rip off my hand when taking the cup? Or biting it off in your greed?”
She nodded, still looking at the cup wide-eyed.
“The drool is missing in this pretty display of caffeine-addiction”
Lorelai bared her teeth and growled
“Okay fine, there you go” Luke kept his distance, only coming close enough to hand her the cup with an outstretched hand.
He leapt back as soon as she took it, looking mock-terrified.
Lorelai took a small sip and moaned happily “Mhm this is good”
“It’s hospital coffee, how can that be good?” Luke asked incredulously
Do you know how long I had to live without this?” she gestured to her cup. “Not long enough to get you clean, huh?”
“Well, I went to cold-turkey stage, that was ugly, let me tell you. But then I just bailed and thought ‘Naaah, what the heck, that’s not worth all this pain’” Luke just rolled his eyes at her and moved to her bed
“Scoot over. Lorelai” he said in a warning tone when she frowned, but then she obeyed
“Good girl! Can you also be quiet when I say ‘Hush’ or something?”
“I’m not your Hush puppy, Luke” He laughed at her joke as he put an arm around her and ruffled her hair, she could be so insane.
“So, the doc says you’ll be out in a week, you made any plans yet?”
She shook her head.
“Well then keep next Saturday open, okay?”
Lorelai gasped and sat up straight, excited
“What’s next Saturday?”
“My softball game, sweets” She groaned at that
“Oh no, I totally forgot! Your woman just got out of the hospital and you already drag her to sports. Unbelievable.”
“Yea but you promised, remember?”
“Yeah yeah” she muttered, pouting. He tilted her chin up and nuzzled he nose
“Love you” She grinned
“Wuv you tu!”
“Oh God, not Baby-talk again!” he said, exasperated
“What, little Lukey no wanna talkie?”
“Lorelai!”
“Ooooh, Loelai wanna talkie! But Lukey no wanna… Loelai got boo-boo in her heart because of Lukey” she cooed
“LORELAI!”
“Okay, okay, before you strangle me… geez, you’re no fun!”
“I as opposed to you “ he pointed a finger between her nose and Lorelai crossed her eyes a little “am the adult in this relationship.” “Yeah and I’m very grateful for that. And by the way, you assigned yourself that role, just for the record!”
“Do you leave me a choice?”
“Um” she pretended to think for a beat “No.” She pressed her lips against his to shut him up and he smiled into the kiss
‘Thought so’
