Rory leaned forward and turned the radio louder while she was singing along with the Bryan Adams song. “Me and some guys from school – had a band and we tried real hard – Jimmy quit and Jody got married – I shoulda known we’d never get far… God, I love that song.” “You said that about nearly every song we heared in the last few hours.”, Jess remarked. “Really?”, Rory frowned: “Oh, yeah. Well, perhaps I should have said: I love this radio station. They play good music all the time.” “Yeah, the music is pretty good.”, Jess admitted. “I’m sure Lane would love this station, too. But…” Rory stopped in the middle of the sentence and turned her gaze back on the landscape rushing by. Jess looked at her apprehensively: “What’s the matter?” “I just remebered, that Lane can’t get this station in Stars Hollow. She doesn’t even know where I am. And my mom doesn’t know either, and… Jess, I have to call them!” Jess sighed, but nodded understanding: “I guess sure the next service station isn’t far anymore. You can call your Mom there.” Rory looked thankful, but a little bit anxiously at the same time. “Hey, I’m sure she’ll understand and be happy hearing from you.”
Rory shot him a doubtful look. She knew her mother. Lorelai would be mad as hell from worrying and she would let Rory know what it was like to feel really really sorry.

Hey, wusstet ihr, dass es verdammt schwer ist, mit eingefrorenen Fingern zu tippen?
Na ja, ich war treotzdem fleißitg und hab ein bisserl was geschrieben.
Hoffe, der neue Teil gefällt euch. (Ist diesmal auch ein bisserl länger geworden *stolzbin*
Ok, here we go:


Jess was right. Some 15 minutes later they came to the departure which led them to the service station. Jess parked the Mustang at a gas pump and the two got out of the car. While Jess was tanking up, Rory went a few steps away and took out her mobile phone. She dialed her mother’s number, pacing nervously around while waiting for Lorelai to answer. Her heart skipped a beat when she finally heared the familiar voice.
Lorelai: Yeah?
Rory: Hi Mom.
Lore: Hi Mom? Hi Mom? Don’t say “Hi Mom” to me! Rory, where the hell are you?!
Rory: Mom, please don’t get mad at me…
Lore: Hon, you know I could never get mad at you. I’m just worried and want to know where my daughter is.
Rory: You really don’t have to worry. I’m with Jess.
Lore (screams): What!?!
Rory: I… We’re at a service station in Pennsylvania… uhm… the next town is called… uhm (She looks at a sign) Harrisburg.
Lore: You’re in Pennsylvania? With Jess? And you tell me not to worry? Are you gone crazy!?!
Rory: Mom, you promised not to get mad at me.
Lore: I’m not mad at you! I am just worried. My daughter… my only child…. Vanished three days ago. No message, no call! I don’t even have a hint where she could be. And now I get to know that she is in Pennsylvania with her failure of an ex-boyfriend. That guy who left her more than a year ago… just to come back to tell her he loved her and then… leaving again!
Rory: Mom…
Lore: No, Rory! I went through hell! Can you imagine how it is not to know where your child is?
Rory: No…
Lorelai: I haven’t slept for three whole days because I was mad from worrying! Luke tried to convince me that you’re certainly on a spontanous holiday trip with Paris or one of your other friends and just forgot to tell me… Can you believe this? *laughs* My Rory! The most responsible girl in the world! And this girl should have forgotten to tell her mother that she’s on holiday. Oh, come on. How plausible is that?!
Rory: I’m so sorry, Mum, but…
Lorelai: Don’t tell me you were sorry! You could have been dead! How was I supposed to know that you’re alive and not lying somewhere dead in a ditch ?! I even was about to call the cops and tell them to search for you!
Rory: Oh no. Mom, please tell me you didn’t!
Lorelai: Lucky you! I was already dialing the number, but Luke prevented me from diong so.
Rory: Luke?
Lorelai: Yes. Why…?
Rory: *starts grinning* Why were you with Luke?
Lorelai: What!?!… Rory, that’s not the task right now. He just came over to… comfort me.
Rory: Oh, really?
Lorelai: Rory! Stop talking that way! I’m not willing to discuss this with you! Luke is a friend. You know that very well. You’re just trying to change topic!
Rory: I already told you I’m sorry! What do you want me to tell you now? I never wanted to hurt you, ok?!
Lorelai: But you did, Rory, you did!
Rory: I know. And I’m really sorry for that, but…
Lorelai: Would you please stop telling me you’re sorry! I can’t hear this anymore!
Rory: Ok. Sorry…
Lorelai: Rory!
Rory: I just wanted you to know that I feel…
Lorelai: Sorry? I know. You told me about ten times by now. But that doesn’t make it better.
Rory: *sounding sad* I know…
Lorelai: I just couldn’t bear loosing you. So don’t you ever do this to me again, ok?
Rory: Promise.
At this moment Jess came walking towards Rory, who was standing some steps apart from the gas station. The car was tanked up and now he gave her an impatient look, gesturing that he wanted to travel on.
Rory: Mum… I’m sorry, but I have to finish. We have to drive on.
Lorelai: So you’re not coming home?
Rory: I… No, I’ll spent the rest of the hilodays with Jess.
Lorelai: *gulps hard* Oh, ok. So…Guess you’re having a nice time?
Rory: *smiles* Yeah.
Lorelai: Ok then… Off you go. Have fun.
Rory: I’ll call you soon.
Lorelai: Hope so. And tell Jess that I’m giong to kill him as soon as you come back.
Rory: Done. Bye.
Lorelai: Bye. And… Rory?
Rory: Yes?
Lorelai: I miss you.
Rory: Miss you too, Mum.
With this, Rory hung up the phone, put it back in her pocket and wetn back to Jess, who was leaning against his car, greeting her with his usual grin and a big cup of coffee in his hand.

der teil ist richtig geil geworden
ich finde du bescheist die personen in der situation richtig gutw
was vermutlich auch so in der serie dargestellt würde
deine ff gefällt mir richtig gut und hoffe du schreibst noch viele teile
es war toll das du einen langeren teil geschrieben hast
mach weiter so
und bring schnell einen neuen teil raus

hab gerade deine fic ..gelesen..und die ist ja echt hammer ..!! Schade, dass es so nicht wirklich ausgegangen ist :heul: ...soweit ich das beurteilen kann ist dein english echt gut ...´schnell weiter!
