After the doctor was done and retreated to her lab to do the testing, Luke stepped between her legs, wrapped his arms tightly around her back right underneath her shoulder and carried her to the dressing room. The doctor gave Lorelai some lotion so walking wasn’t as painful for her anymore. Luke set his girlfriend down carefully and wanted to give her some privacy while she changed again but she just held on to him, burying her face in his shoulder.
“He never waited…. until I was ready for him…” she mumbled into his shirt, her voice muffled by the flannel. “He just.. took me whenever-“ her voice broke and she sobbed dryly. “And it hurt so much… Luke… he hurt me so much…” he tangled his hand in her hair, stroking it gently, rubbing the other hand over her back, desperate to keep his tears at bay but his emotion stricken voice betrayed him. “I’m sorry… I’m so, so sorry!”
The doctor cleared her throat quietly to indicate her presence and waited for the couple to gather themselves together before telling them the outcome of the testing.

“Lorelai, we performed a pregnancy test first of all and the result is negative, you’re definitely not pregnant.” Luke breathed an inward sigh of relief “Furthermore we preformed an HIV and Hepatitis test, both of which were negative too. And we took some sperm and will give it to the state attorney for the trial. You can go home now, relax and let yourself be taken care of.” she smiled at Luke and Lorelai, then shook their hands and excused herself.

They went home silently, Lorelai resting her head on Luke’s shoulder, her eyes closed, breathing deeply, trying to clear her mind of any perturbing thought.

ich weiß grad auch gar nich so recht was ich schreiben soll, weil du weißt ja wie abgöttisch ich diese ff liebe!!!!
aber ich werds versuchen....

also erstmal *puuuuuh* erleichterung pur, dass alles negativ war!!!
(*hust* was ich ja schon wusste *hust*)
ich glaube wenn du lore wirklich schwanger hättest sein lassen, oder gar irgendwas in die richtung aids gekommen wör, das hätt ich nich ausgehalten!!! also hierfür schon mal tausendfach dankeschön!!!

hier im forum kam ja schon mehrfach die idee des klonens... wenn ihr einen weg findet, bitte schickt ein exemplar zu mir!!! er ist einfach so wundervoll!! wie er sich um lore kümmert, für sie da is.... gott, das rührt mich jedes mal wieder zu tränen....
*hust* ich hoffe mal die beiden schaffen es zusammen aus dieser krise raus.... das is schließlich so ziemlich das schlimmste was einer frau passieren kann.... bei dem gedanken daran krieg ich schon gänsehaut und... gott nein, ich wills mir gar nich vorstelln....!!
naja, lore hat luke und ich bin da ganz zuversichtlich... wenn nich er, wer könnte sonst helfen das durchzustehn??

ansonsten kann ich nur noch sagen, was ich dir immer wieder gerne sag:
du bist wundervoll! deine ff(s) ist/sind wundervoll!!! ich bin wirklich verdammt froh, dass ich das glück hatte dich kennenzulernen das soll nich schleimig klingen, das is so und ich hoff mal du kennst mich inzwischen auch gut genug um zu wissen dass das mein vollster ernst is....

deine ffs lieb ich genauso sehr wie dich... du kannst einfach so verdammt geil schreiben! ich bezieh mich jetz mal nur auf what if, da es sonst vielleicht etwas ot wird, aber das gilöt allgemein...
du schaffst es mit jedem noch so kleinen teil mich total in dieser deinen welt zu fesseln... ich komm da dann erst raus, wenn ich den letzten satz gelesen hab und denk "scheiße, wann gehts weiter??" das is jedes mal einfach herrlich und ich liebe es in deinen beschreibungen zu versinken!! du hast so unglaublich viel talent, dass du eigentlich platzen müsstes... naja, ich hoff mal du tust es nich... wär schad um dich

ok, brechen wir das hier ab... ein bisschen lobhymne muss ich mir für die nächsten mindestens hunderttausend teile aufsparn

gott sei dank ist alles negativ.
wie corinna auch schon sagte, wäre da jetzt irgendetwas positiv gewesen. hilfe!
aber so ist ja alles wieder "gut" *hust*
bin schon sehr gespannt, wie sich diese erlebnis auf die beziehung von lorelai und luke einfluss nimmt.

hm, was soll ich sonst sagen? *grübel* war wieder echt super genial geschrieben und ich bin immer noch echt begeistert von der ff.

aber echt, ich war/bin so erleichtert, am liebsten würde ich jetzt nackt (nein ich bin imo grade angezogen) durchs ganze haus tanzen und... und... irgendwas peinliches singen... "Dailight in your eyes" ist peinlich, aber da skann ich nicht...

naja... ihr wisst schon wie ich das meine!

Schatz, das du ein Wunderwerk der Natur bist und schreiben kannst wie kaum ein anderer, das weißt du nur allzu gut. Was ein Grund wäre, es nicht noch einmal zu wiederholen. *gg*

Ich find's einfach nur hammer, dieses ewige auf und ab, was einen mitfiebern lässt und einen davon abhält seine Hausarbeit zu schreiben oder sich auf einen wunderschönen Film zu konzentrieren (*pfeif*)

Du hast hast echt Talent zum Schreiben und ich freu mich jedes Mal wie ein Kleinkind auf einen weiteren Teil deiner grandiosen FFs.
Was kann ich mehr sagen als: mach weiter *frechgrins und Schultern zuck*
Nur mal so: Ich hasse diese 2 Wörter...

das ich deine FF als eine der besten, wenn nicht sogar die beste hier im Forum beziechne, brauch ich dir glaube ich nicht zu sagen. Das solltest du selber wissen. Der Stil ist einmalig und rührt immer wieder zu Tränen.

Das du alle Tests negativ hast ausgehen lassen (was für ein deutsch ) find ich natürlich... puh.... super.

Es war mir ja klar, aber Lilli wär nicht Lilli, wenn da noch irgendwas kommt o.O....

okay, ich weiß nicht mehr wie ich mich für euer supermegaliebes FB bedanken soll, ich hier immer herum wenn jemand wieder was nettes gepostet hat und hätt ich keine Ohren hätt ich einen Rundumsmiley drauf
Ich hab euch alle schrecklich lieb und weil ich euch so lieb hab :knuddel: und überdies ein wahnsinnig netter Mensch (*hüstel*) bin, bekommt ihr schon heute einen neuen Teil Viel Spaß


Lorelai came down the stairs silently still in her pyjama, her hair disshelved. She overheard Mia telling Luke he looked horrible, urging him to tell her what’s wrong.
“God, Mia, I don’t know what to do…” Luke confessed as he poured his friend some coffee. “Lorelai’s been having nightmares for the last weeks and they keep getting worse. She can’t sleep without me there and even when I’m there she wakes up screaming from another bad dream. She won’t tell me what happened or talk to me about it and I’m really trying to be supportive and everything, but it’s eating me up inside. I know this is something really selfish to say but it’s terrible to be this close to her and not… be close. I mean, we haven’t kissed in those many days and… I don’t know… “
Lorelai leaned against the doorframe, closing her eyes, sighing. “Has she talked to anyone? Maybe she should see a professional…”
“I already suggested that and she only said that she made terrible experiences with shrinks… She’s been hiding out here ever since and I don’t even know how the firm’s doing cause she hasn’t been there for a long time. I only remember she said something about expanding in LA and that being really important, but… I don’t know how that’s going, I hope she’s not neglecting this cause it’s important to her…” “Luke, she needs her time, she can’t jump right into work after this” “She’s always been a workaholic, firm comes before everything, it’s just that I don’t want to see it go to waste cause she’s worked so hard to get where she is right now.”

Lorelai decided it was time to end this conversation and her eavesdropping on it and walked up the stairs silently, showering and getting dressed. She scrubbed herself raw with the sponge, hoping to feel less dirty afterwards, to wash his scent off her but she wasn’t able to, as always. The bad memories still clung to her like her shadow and she’d give anything now to be Peter Pan. She pulled on a pair of jeans and a pullover and went downstairs again. this time announcing herself by bolting down the stairs.

Luke’s ears perked up when he heard her coming down and he poured his girlfriend some coffee, holding the mug out to her as she appeared from the curtains. She took the cup gratefully, drowning it at once, smiling afterwards. “Uhm, Luke?” she tugged at his sleeve shyly. “Mhm?” he answered, adding up some numbers, scribbling on the pad.
“Can I.. talk to you? Upstairs?” He placed the pad on the counter, wondering what she was up to. He followed her up the stairs, slapping himself mentally for thinking how great her ass looked in these jeans. He cleared his throat and focused on something else, anything else.
She walked into his apartment, motioning him to sit at the table while she paced the room.

“I… heard your conversation with Mia.” she began hesitantly and added hastily “It wasn’t on purpose, I just came down and I overheard it accidentally. And you were right. Both of you. I can’t neglect my firm any longer and I can’t torture you like this anymore. So I figured I’d move back into my house, to be not so close to you anymore and so you can get on with your life.”
“No, no, Lorelai! I won’t let you run now. Especially not now, after all that has happened. I understand you need time and I’m not blaming you. In fact, I’m blaming myself for having these thoughts and … I mean it’s not easy, but I try and even if I have to try for another year or so, I wouldn’t mind.. am I making any sense?” Lorelai nodded and Luke could literally hear the wheels in her head turning.

“Mhm… Well, I have to get on with my life nevertheless, I’m gonna go back and retake my place as the head of the firm, I’m gonna have to work harder than before because I lost a lot of time while I was gone and I also lost a lot of money waiting so long. But it’s gonna be okay, I just gotta work … hard”
She sighed and sunk down on a chair, resting her face in her hands. Luke scooted closer to her and put an arm around her shoulders, pulling her close.
“You can do this… I know!”
“How?”
“Huh?”
“How do you know??”
“I know, okay, I know, now we’re gonna go downstairs and you’ll get something to eat, you haven’t eaten regularly in the past weeks.”
“Just.. one more thing” He looked at her questioningly
“I wanna go on a vacation… after the firm’s okay again. Could you manage to get off from work for at least 2 or 3 weeks?”
“Uh, sure” he answered, surprised.

“Hon, why do you wanna go on vacation?” She looked up into his eyes “Cause I wanna spend some time… alone… to work on our…closeness.” He chuckled at her using his words from earlier, nuzzling his nose against hers lovingly, then pulling her up and out the door, down to the diner.
