Despite the strike, teen drama “One Tree Hill” will debut its newest season this January.

MovieWeb reports the show will be part of the CW’s new Tuesday lineup, premiering January 8 at 8 p.m. before settling into its permanent time slot at 9 p.m. The fifth season opener will change things up, though, by flashing forward four years as the characters finish up with college. This should come as a surprise to fans who just watched those same characters graduate high school in the season finale.

Why the jump through time? According to TV Squad, creator Mark Schwahn thought the cast looked too old to just be starting college, so he advanced the story to match their ages. Look for resolutions to plots about main character Lucas Scott (Chad Michael Murray), fashion designer/former cheerleader Brooke (Sophia Bush)

Genau das hab ich mir auch gedacht.
Ich find sie sehen richtig toll aus, besonders da sie sich ja jetzt auch etwas anders kleiden können. Vor allem Brooke, der ja echt viele extravagante Sachen total gut stehen.
Und ich find es auch schön, dass Peyton im Prinzip ihrem Stil treu geblieben ist, aber trotzdem erwachsenere Sachen trägt.
Und was soll man zu Haley sagen? Ich liebe ihre neue Frisur.



@Searsha: Joa, OTH wurde ja trotz des großen Erfolgs in den USA, einfach mal gekonnt ignoriert. Warum weiß kein Mensch und jetzt mit dem Sendeplatz ist eh alles verloren.
Ich habs bisher nicht einmal auf dt. geguckt und nachdem ich die Tutorgirl Übersetzung gehört hab, weiß ich auch nicht, ob ich das wirklich noch machen will.

Ich war am Anfang auch skeptisch, aber ich fand Marks Argumentation logisch. Er meinte ja, dass es einfach schwierig gewesen wäre, wenn alle in verschiedene Richtungen gegangen wären und es wäre aber auch irgendwie unrealistisch, wenn alle aufs selbe College oder an den selben Ort gegangen wären.

Ich glaub die Entwicklung in den 4 Jahren zu sehen, wird spannend. Ich hoffe es zumindest

Pro 7 ist so dämlich, jetzt setzten sie OTH wieder ab, bis 30.12 kommts noch, wegen zu schlechten Quoten! Kein Wunder, bei der Sendezeit, ich könnte ihnen ne Liste mit Leuten geben, die es schauen würden, wenns wann anders käme.

Aber angeblich kommts 2008 irgendwann wieder auf nem andern Sendeplatz, na klar, solche Versprechen hält Pro 7 ja sonst auch immer ganz zuverlässig!
