LUKE: I ran into Taylor at the market, and I found out he owns the building that apartment was in.

LORELAI: No way.

LUKE: That and several others all over town.

LORELAI: That is so weird.

LUKE: He’s systematically buying up the town. He’s gonna turn it into Taylorville where everyone’ll wear cardigans and have the same grass height.

LORELAI: Luke, do you wanna sit down?

LUKE: And then he told me he’s gonna buy the building next to the diner, turn it into a plate shop for freaks who don’t have enough brain power to collect stamps. I lost it.

LORELAI: Uh, I can’t picture that.

Taylor ist einfach ein Unikat. Schon klar, er nervt oft, und manchmal geht mit sein autoritäres Getue mächtig auf die Nerven. Aber wenn er nicht wäre, würde die Serie bestimmt eine wichtige Figur verlieren.

Er istwar eine wirkliche Nervensäge, aber wenn es GG keinen Taylor geben würde, gäbs keine Zanckereinen zwischen und ihm und manchmal gäbe es auch nicht so viel zu lachen.
