Die Anspielung mit Ida Morgenstern verstehe ich noch nicht, kommt da irgendwie ein Krankenhaus vor oder was Ãhnliches? Wo ist sonst der Zusammenhang mit dem vorigen Satz....

Ah ja, das mit Ida macht dann Sinn!
Die Rockefellers waren (sind?) eine sehr reiche Familie. Bei Wiki steht sie leiteten Unternehmen, hatten politische Ãmter und waren Philanthropen ("Menschenfreunde"), haben also anscheinend auch wohltätige Zwecke unterstützt oder so. Aber hier bei der Anspielung geht es glaube ich einfach nur um den Reichtum: wenn sie Rockefeller wäre, könnte sie jemanden einstellen.
