The thing is that Rory doesn't like Logan's lifestyle and as much as she hates it but she has to admit that Logan's father was right. Logan is a child, he has to grow up. It is not going to happen with Colin and Finn around. Logan just needed that push and Rory helped his father to push him. It's not about her not loving Logan, it's about her wanting him to accept responsibility. She's very mature in some ways, he's definitely not. Maybe that's what attracted her in the first place, but in the end she realized that she doesn't need some rich brat. Even Jess grew up, he's on his feet now, earning money, being responsible. That's what Rory misses in Logan.
