Folge 7.17 :Gilmore Girls only(Date:6 März)
TheCW:LORELAI, RORY AND EMILY TAKE A ROAD TRIP - Lorelai plans a road trip to North Carolina to attend the wedding of Mia (guest star Kathy Baker), the woman who took in Lorelai and Rory (Alexis Bledel) and served as a surrogate mother/grandmother for many years. Rory has a fight with Logan over his immature reaction to his business disaster, and agrees to go on the trip with Lorelai. Emily invites herself along in an effort to get away from Richard, who is driving her crazy while he recuperates at home. At the wedding, Emily is upset by the close relationship Mia shares with Lorelai and Rory. Lorelai learns that Emily came to see Mia five years earlier to ask for pictures of Lorelai and Rory during the years they were estranged. Logan makes a surprise appearance and asks Rory to forgive him. Meanwhile, Lane and Zach ask Luke to be the godfather to their twins. Finally, Lane goes into labor and Luke helps get everyone to the hospital.
Lorelai, Rory and Emily machen eine "Fahrt ins Grüne" - Lorelai plant eine Reise mit dem Wagen nach North Carolina, um Mia's (Gaststar Kathy Baker) Hochzeit beizuwohnen. Mia ist die Frau, die Lorelai und Rory bei sich aufgenommen hat und für diese zur Ersatzmutter/GroÃmutter wurde. Rory hat einen Streit mit Logan, bei dem es um seine kindische Reaktion auf seinen geschäftlichen Misserfolg geht und stimmt deshalb zu Lorelai bei ihrer Reise zu begleiten. Emily lädt sich selbst ein, um von Richard wegzukommen, da dieser sie an den Rande des Wahnsinns treibt, während er sich Zuhause erholt. Auf der Hochzeit erschüttert Emily die offensichtliche enge Bindung zwischen Mia, Lorelai und Rory. Lorelai findet heraus, dass Emily fünf Jahre zuvor Mia besuchte, um diese um Bilder der Mädchen während der Jahre der Entfremdung zu bitten. Logan macht einen überraschenden Besuch, um Rory um Vergebung zu bitten. Währenddessen, bitten Lane und Zach Luke Pate für ihre Zwillinge zu werden. Letztendlich, bekommt Lane Wehen und Luke hilft allen ins Krankenhaus zu kommen

-:guckhier:There are definitely flashbacks in Gilmore Girls Only, with a three year old Rory. I still find it weird that they cast someone who looks so much younger than the original to play Mia, unless they were casting on flashback-ability.
-Lorelai (Lauren Graham) is going to a wedding in Charlotte, and Emily (Kelly Bishop) suggests visiting the spa at Ballantyne Resort. Oh my God!
-Mitchum confronts Logan, and Rory sides with Mitchum. After fighting with Logan, Rory decides to take the road trip to get away.The Mitchum/Logan confrontation is on-screen. Later, Logan quits.
- Emily, Lorelai und Rory fahren zu Mias Hochzeit(AA)
-The road trip definitely goes for more than one day. Of course we'll see several scenes of the road trip itself then at their actual destination, etc. It could very well be one day there, one day back kind of thing. Take it however you want to take it but there is a final destination in place
-Well in case this hasn't been confirmed I think it's about 99% confirmed that the motel room in episode 17 are for the Gilmore Girls. (gossipcom)
-In ep. 17, Lane and Zach, together, ask Luke to be the godfather. The three of them are in Laneâs apartment when they ask.
-The girls reminisce about Younger Rory and Lorelai, and Mia and Leonard (like the name in the sides list for ep. 17), not âHoward.â
