because this episode was so full of the individual developing relationships, the case with the meth-lab was totally in the background for me
nevertheless it was very sad ..... i almost cried as they brought the little boy out of the OR after the surgery and he was under this white sheet
alex and the little boy - so cuuuute

it was definitely to much gizzie in this episode ..... i wanted to see more merder ....
in 4x01 i loved the last scene between george and izzie and i didn`t know why because i really don`t like this pairing
in this episode i didn`t got a feeling from the gizzie-scenes... it didn`t touch me
i hope this whole thing will end up in the next 2 episodes

bailey was gorgeous ......i loved her yelling at alex, asking mer for help and the scenes with callie

don`t know what to say and how to feel about her , she told everyone how they feel and it was kinda necessary for them but the things she said to derek, come on, we know mer is dark and twisty and she doesn`t handle the situation the way she should but "Do you know when to walk away? Do you know when not to take less then you deserve? If you do then you`re an honourable man ." is to hard
but i loved the things mama burke said to christina ... i didn`t expect that from her
