SpoilerFirst Derek looks at Lexie from the I am the girl in the bar scene. This was in previous clips

Then Derek is leaniing against the bunkbed in the hospital on call room. He tells Meredith you are not ready for this. Meredith looks at him like she is listeneing.

Callie says in a not so convinccing way that she might be pregnant to George. The Izzy and George I tell you I love in the stairwell scene happens.

The emergy running scene happens but it shows Meredith running.

George delivers a baby.

Cristina says to Burke's Mom that "He is never coming back is he."

Lexie says I am your sister to Meredith (We have seen this scene in previous promos)

Meredith presumably watching Derek longingly from a distance from a corner wall.

Derek watching Meredith from a distance while she has a coat on.

The the I am the girl from the bar line is at the end of the commercial.

The overall feel from it that I get is that he loves her but is trying to give her space to make the committment that he wants from her.
The looks they are giving each other are very loving. His tone as is not angry. He is talking to her like he loves her.
Also, the voice over says, you never know how much you miss something until its gone.


Promo 2: There is a second promo with only a voice over from Meredith saying something about how life goes on and you either go with it or get left behind.
