Spoiler1. izzie and george are lying on their backs in bed. both have sweat all over their chests. apparently sex didn't go well (this is in line with the sneak peak on the main abc page). they talk about aerobics. must be in reference to the sex.

2. hahn is writing on the OR board with mark present. she says that she doesn't want yang on her case and that maybe him or shepherd wouldn't mind taking her. derek approaches and asks " what wouldn't i mind". hahn walks away and mark says something about hahn being a strong woman (not exactly sure if these are the exact words) it sounds like she is the one he has a crush on.

3. der and mer are in bed at the trailer. she asks him what is new in his life and he say he had dinner and a movie. he pauses and then elaborates that it was with richard. she goes to get up and her kisses her and tells her is could stay. she says that she is going to go. and the clip ends there.
