Irgendwie hat mich dass Schreibfieber gepackt, und deshalb kommt jetzt auch schon der neue Teil!
Chapter 2.2, A Information ist getting round
âAlso, was ist die wichtige Neuigkeit?â
âÃhmâ¦.alsoâ¦..ich hab einen Heiratsantrag bekommenâ
âWas? Oh mein Gott das ist ja wunderbar! Von wem?â
âVon Max.â
âOh mein Gott. Ich freu mich so für dich1â Sookie & Lorelai umarmten sich.
Als sich Sookie wieder beruhigt hatte, fragte sie: âUnd wann heiratet ihr?â
âÃhm, Sookie, ich hab noch nicht geantwortet.â
âOh, aber du sagst doch ja. Ich mein du liebst Max. das tust du doch, oder?â
âJa sicherâ, sagte Lorelai lächelnd, doch so sicher war sie sich da auch nicht. Und ihr war auch komisch zumute, weil offenbar alle glaubten dass sie ja sagen würde.
âAlso am besten ihr trinkt jetzt mal Kaffee!â Sookie nahm zwei Tassen aus dem Schrank stellte sie auf den Tisch, und füllte Kaffee in die Tassen.
âSagst du mir jetzt was das sollte?â, fragte Rory ihre Mum als sie aus Sookies Haus kamen.
âIch weià nicht was du meinst?â Klar, jetzt tat Lorelai wieder so als wüsste sie nichts.
âNa, wieso sind wir zu Sookie frühstücken gegangen?â
âRory komm schon.â Mann, ihre Tochter war wirklich hartnäckig.
âWieso Mum, sag es mir. Wieso sind wir heute nicht zu Luke gegangen?â
âIch weià nicht wieso. Ich wünschte ich wüsste wieso.â Rory merkte dass in ihrer Stimme ein verzweifelter Unterton lag. Sie entschied, dass es das Beste war das Thema zu wechseln. Aber ihr fiel nichts ein, dass nichts mit dem Heiratsantrag zu tun hatte. Doch dann fiel ihr wieder etwas ein.
âMum?â
âHm?â
âWieso, waren wir gestern nicht bei Grandma & Grandpa?â
âOh, die waren noch auf Martha` s Vineyard. Sie kommen heute zurück, und deswegen müssen wir heute zum Essen kommen.â
âAh. Du weiÃt aber dass du ihnen vom Heiratsantrag erzählen musst.â
âOh nein, nein, nein!â
âAber wieso nicht? Sie würden furchtbar gekränkt sein, wenn du es ihnen nicht erzählst, und sieâs dann selber rausfinden.â
âJa, ja. Das isses ja. Emily Gilmore hat ihre Spione überall, um jede Einzelheit über mein Leben zu erfahren.â
âMumâ¦â¦â
âIch will es ihnen nicht sagen, weil sie es immer wieder schaffen mir den Spaà zu verderben. Und dass mit Max will ich mir nicht verderben lassen.â
âDas heiÃt du sagst ja?â, fragte Rory hoffnungsvoll. Sie wollte dass ihre Mum endlich einen Mann fand, denn bisher hatte sie nur Pech mit ihnen.
âWer weiÃ, wer weiÃ...â, sagte Lorelai und hängte sich bei Rory unter als sie über den Marktplatz spazierten.
âHey Schätzchen, geh schon mal nach Hause.â, sagte Lorelai als sie an Doose`s Market vorbei kamen âIch kauf noch mal schnell wasâ
âOk, bis später.â
Lorelai ging in den Supermarkt, um noch eine Packung Chips zu kaufen. Zu Hause waren natürlich wieder alle alle. Sie konnte einfach nicht wieder stehen am Abend noch welche zu essen.
Als Lorelai so gedankenversunken durch die Gänge ging, wäre sie fast mit jemandem zusammen gestöÃen, mit Luke.
âOh, hallo Luke.â
âHallo Lorelai.â
Es gab eine peinlich Pause, bis Luke sich zu Wort meldete.
âMir ist aufgefallen dass du heute nicht im Diner warst.â
Jaja, ich war bei Sookieâ Mein Gott wieso fiel es ihr auf einmal so schwer mit Luke zu reden, und wieso konnte sie ihm nichts von dem Heiratsantrag erzählen. Ja, dass war die Frage: Wieso?
Luke merkt, dass Lorelai dieses âGesprächâ, falls man es überhaupt so nennen konnte, unangenehm war.
âAlso ich muss dann mal wieder. Rory wartet.â, sagte Lorelai um sich aus dieser komischen Situation zu retten..
âJa, ich auch. Also man sieht sich.â
âTschüssâ
Lorelai ging zur Kasse um zu bezahlen. Dieses Gespräch war ihr wirklich unangenehm gewesen. Und schon wieder kam in ihr diese eine Frage auf: Wieso?
