Na gut, ich hab mich auch mal wieder an nem One-Shot versucht. Naja, eigentlich isses eher n Drabble.

Ice cream in cones



Rory and Logan were sitting on the sofa in Logan´s NY apartment watching “Twilight Zone” on TV, when Rory suddenly turned around to face her boyfriend.
“Hey, let´s get some ice cream!”, she suggested, her eyes gleaming with excitement.
Logan kept looking at the screen. “What?”
“I´m in the mood for ice cream right now. Let´s go and get some.”
“Then get you some. We have plenty of ice cream in the fridge.”
“I don´t want the ice cream from the fridge. I want to go out and get some ice cream in cones.”, she insisted.
“Ace, that ice cream we got in the fridge is just as good as any ice cream you can get out there.” He waved absentmindedly in the direction of the window.
“But we don´t have cones.”, Rory complained.
“We don´t need cones. You´ll eat the ice cream directly out of it´s box anyway.”
“But right now I want ice cream in cones.”
“Come on Ace, sitting here watching TV is so comfortable, we ruin it by going outside getting ice cream in silly cones?”, Logan asked, obviously not willing to move.
“Because it´s better in cones.”, she pouted.
“It tastes the same without cones.”
“No, it doesn´t.”
“Ace…” He was clearly getting a little annoyed.
“Forget it. You just don´t understand.” And with a sad and defeated expression on her face Rory turned back to the TV.
Logan sighed: “Shall I get you a box of ice cream from the fridge now?”
She shook her head. “No, it´s fine.”
