ja, "Order of the Phoenix" war fast am kürzesten, "Prisoner of Azkaban" war allerdings der kürzeste. (Quelle: News von harrypotter-xperts; schon Monate her.)
Allerdings hab ich gerade bei den verschiedenen Film geschaut (auch auf der Seite) und da ist der 5. Teil der kürzeste.
Hier mal ne Auflistung:

1. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone: 152min.
   
2. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets: 158min.
   
3. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban: 141min.
   
4. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire: 157min.
   
5. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix: 138min.

Mir war der 5.Band auch zu kurz. =/ Aber naja, ich hab mich damit abgefunden,
