RORY: Wedding dress shopping.
LORELAI: Uhhh, you're reading.
RORY: I'm done.
LORELAI: Uh, you need to see Dean.
RORY: He's playing softball.

RORY: We are going to find the perfect thing for you to walk down the aisle in your perfect wedding day, where there will be no pointing, mocking or walking out.

Lorelai wollte ja bekanntlich was dafür finden, dass sie NICHT mit Rory Wedding-Dress-Shopping gehen muss, oder? Ich glaube also, sie meinte "Your cure for cancer's almost finished" ist eher eine Anspielung darauf, dass, wenn sie sich damit beschäftigen WÃRDE, sie niemals Wedding-Dress-Shopping gehen müsste, weil das sehr lange dauern würde, weils eben keine "Cure for cancer" gibt. Oh man kompliziert, ich weià nicht wie ich mich ausdrücken soll
