The information summarized below is taken from the 5 Sides published on 1/25/05 for Jonesy, Eliza, Frankie, Meter Maid, Customer.

There is a lot of Dialog and Stage Direction blacked out in these Sides.

Eliza - Maid at the Elder Gilmores
Frankie - A busboy at Weston's Bakery
Meter Maid - Woman - Ticket Writer and All 'Round Public Servant

Interior - Luke's Diner - Time Unknown - Scene 7 -
Stage Direction: Jonesy calls Lane over.
Lane asks Jonesy if she can help. and Jonesy says that he is sorry to be a pest but that his omlet is soft and he point to something else and says that that is way overdone.
Lane shushes him and tells him not so loud.
Stage Direction: Too late. Luke approaches the table.
Stage Direction: Luke grabs the guy by the shirt, practically pick him up, pushes him towards the door and throws him out. He slams it shut behind him, then spins around to face the other customers.
End of Casting Side for Jonesy
Editor Note: Scene 7 continues for some amount of time
Editor Note: Scene 10 is picked up in progress. It appears to be at the Elder Gilmore's Mansion
Interior Assumed Gilmore Mansion - Time Unknown - Scene 10 -
Emily tells Richard to have her (Rory) open her gift.
Editor Note: There is blacked out dialog here for about 4 lines.
Stage Direction: Richard hands her the gift bag. Rory pulls out a beautiful leather-bound book out.
Rory exclaims, "Oh my God. It's amazing."
Richard tells her it is Leaves of Grass in Greek. A hundred years old. Some beautiful engravings.
Rory remarks that now she will have to learn to read Greek.
Emily tells Rory to feel the leather.
Editor Note: The dialog is blacked out here. But from the pace of the scene it appears to be between Rory and Emily.
Stage Direction: Emily has more than picked up on Rory's attitude. After a beat, Eliza re-enters.
Eliza tells Emily that dinner is served.
Emily thanks Eliza and turn to Rory and tells her that she can flip through that a little later.
Rory tells her, "Okay."
Editor Note: The balance of the dialog on the page is blacked out. Scene 10 appears to continue for some amount.
Editor Note: The Casting Side for Frankie begins with ACT THREE - FADE IN:

Stage Direction: Sookie and Lorelai - a portion is blacked out - sit at a tqable, eating dessert in the crowded bakery.

Lorelai says, "And chocoltely."
Sookie asks Lorelai if she is having fun and Lorelai says that she is not missing the couch a bit.
Stage Direction: As Sookie and Lorelai toast each other with their coffee cups, a busboy, Frankie, crosses by their table with a bin of dishes.
Frankie exclaims as he approaches, "Hey Lorelai!! Wow, twice in one day, huh?"
Stage Direction: Lorelai os caught.

Stage Direction: Angle on Lorelai's POV. A Meter Maid is standing by Luke's boat, which is still in front of the diner. She is writing a ticket.

Stage Direction: Lorelai hangs up and runs up to the Meter Maid.
Lorelai calls out to the Meter Maid, "Hi! Excuse me! Hey!"
Stage Direction: The Meter Maid stops writing and turns to Lorelai.
The Meter Maid asks Lorelai is this your boat?
Lorelai's response is that technically it is, yes.
Editor Note: Lorelai's speech to the Meter Maid is blacked out, but the length of it suggests it is a typical Lorelai Rambling Rant to the Meter Maid.
The Meter Maid tells Lorelai to put some money in the meter.
Lorelai says, "Yes, Ma'am."
Stage Direction: The Meter Maid moves off as Lorelai puts some quarters in the meter and then heads off down the street. As she does we pan over to the window of Luke's, where we see Luke inside taking an order. The balance if the Stage Direction is blacked out.
