Stimmt.
Hier gehts aber darum, dass Holiday Inn eine "Billig" Motel Kette ist, die es in fast jeder (amerikanischen) Stadt gibt. Die haben immer Handtücher, Seifen, etc. mit ihrem Logo oben .. und viele Leute lassen das halt mitgehen.
Emily meint das sarkastisch (weil sie ja genug Geld hat, und in einem solchen Motel wohl nicht übernachten würde).

Michael Moore macht Dokus mit denen er schon viele (unangenehme) Misstände aufgedeckt hat. Er ist ein sehr starker Kritiker & Gerechtigkeitsfanatiker.
Lorelai meint damit (in der Art) : Hach, wenn es dir sooooo schlecht geht und es dir nicht mal gestattet ist zu Essen oder zu trinken sollte ich am besten Michael Moore anrufen damit er dir hilft. (den Skandal aufdeckt, Jess arbeitet ja bei Wal-Mart [einer der größten supermarkt Ketten überhaupt] das wäre für Moore sicher ein "gefundenes Fressen)

Brian Hutchins war Lorelais erster boyfriend als sie in der 7 Klasse war!
Da erzählt Lorelai Rory doch was er für ein Idiot war, dass Brian Hutchins sie damals gefragt hat ob sie zusammen sein möchten und sie ihn dann erst Jahre später auf einer Party wieder getroffen hat, wo er ihr drugs verkaufen wollte.
Lorelai will ja Rory damit erzählen, dass sie mit Dean einen wirklich guten, verlässlichen ersten boyfriend hatte .. und nicht jeder so ist (das sie nicht Dean mit Jess vergleichen soll)

Mit dem letzten Satz meint sie: (sinngemäß): Tja, dagegen war selbst Brian Hutchins nicht schlecht.
(weil Jess glaubt er kann am Samstag abend einfach kommen & Rory wartet auf ihn, Lorelai findet Jess behandelt sie schlecht)

Moliere hat Komödien geschrieben. Obs da n Drama gibt, in dem sich jemand hinterm Busch versteckt weiß ich nicht, aber ansonsten wäre das ja schon ne grobe Erklärung..

So ungefähr hab ich das mit Michael Moore auch verstanden.
Und bei Hutchins... fällt der Groschen

Miss Manners ist doch diese "Etepetete"-Schriftstellerin. Ihr wisst schon, über Anstandsregeln in der Gesellschaft und soweiter.

Und ja, wegen Moliere glaube ich auch, dsa es schwierig wird, das Stück zu ermitteln; Richard sagt ja auch nur, es klingt, als könnte Moliere das geschrieben haben.
