Oh Mann, ich bin total verwirrt! Also ich habe es jetzt so verstanden: Jess war ja bisher nicht sehr gesprächig. Dodo ist anscheinend ein Depp, vielleicht so ein Aufwärmer, bevor die Show losgeht, der das Publikum einstimmt? Ist aber nur eine These.
Die Ãbersetzung von Lorelais Satz wäre: "er wird nicht den neuen / aktuellen Depp / Dodo in der Regis Show ersetzen". HeiÃt also: er spricht kaum und kann deshalb nicht der Dodo in der Show werden, weil der viel sprechen muss (und evtl. das Publikum zum Lachen bringen muss).
